I specialize in helping people create better relationships and clear obstacles to those relationships: I help couples dealing with communication issues, differences in desire and problems with intimacy, navigating non-monogamous relationships and people that are finding themselves stressed out and confused by dating.
I don’t focus on one specific type of therapy – I choose an approach to therapy tailored to your needs. That can include EMDR – a type of therapy that people find rapidly transformative in healing from trauma. Education and Background
Shoshana graduated cum laude from the honors program at University of Southern California where she was a National Merit Scholar and a Trustee Scholar. She received her psychotherapy degree from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California and received further training in EMDR from one of the country’s leading EMDR programs — Sonoma Psychotherapy Training Institute. She is also a certified practitioner of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
